Only this could bring up or rule out the possible chances of ovarian cysts or fibroids or other reasons that are hindering the fertility. During laparoscopy for infertility, a small thin camera called a laparoscope through a small incision in the abdomen and pelvis to diagnose any cysts or adhesions. It allows doctors to visualize the pelvic organs and diagnose and treat various conditions, including infertility. Laparaoscopy helps in diagnosing endometriosis, ovarian cysts, pelvic adhesions, fibroids and tubal blockages.
